Meet the Person Behind Elbenn Commerce

With over 35 years of experience in administration and business operations, including nine years working in the NDIS sector, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of people and businesses.

Throughout my career, I’ve been involved in everything from everyday administration through to supporting business operations, managing deadlines and helping teams keep things moving.

I established Elbenn Commerce because I wanted to put that experience to good use, providing practical administration support to businesses that need an extra pair of hands without necessarily employing someone full-time.

How I Work

I’ve always been someone who likes to roll up my sleeves and get the job done. I believe good administration is the backbone of any business, and without it, things can quickly come unstuck.

I’m practical in the way I work and believe in making the most of what’s already available. You don’t always need new systems or complicated processes. Sometimes it’s about making what you’ve got work better.

Over the years, I’ve learned that everyone works, communicates and learns differently. I value listening to others, sharing what I’ve learned and recognising that there’s always something I can learn from someone else.

I believe in honesty, respect, reliability and being open to feedback. I’m still learning, and I don’t pretend to have all the answers.

When I work with a client, I take the time to understand their business and how they like to operate. I’m not there to take over — I’m there to work alongside them and provide practical support.
